Andrea Senczyszyn didn’t start Rebel Hands because she wanted to teach fitness; she began it because she was tired of seeing women told to 'stay safe' without being equipped with the tools needed for self-defense when necessary.
A strategist by nature and a fighter by necessity, Andrea built Rebel Hands to bridge the gap between empowerment rhetoric and real-world readiness. She’s fiercely creative, unapologetically bold, and deeply committed to helping women and kids recognize red flags, trust their instincts, and hit back—verbally, physically, and energetically—when their boundaries are crossed.
With a background in branding, community-building, and instructional design, Andrea brings more than just self-defense training to the mat; she brings a movement that’s equal parts sweat, sass, and survival.
Her mission? She teaches that our hands are dual weapons: soft enough to soothe a child while strong enough to stop a threat. We don’t have to choose—Rebel Hands embodies both.
